The Nubian Ibex (Capra nubiana) is a wild goat species native to arid regions of the Middle East and North Africa. The estimated remaining population of Nubian Ibex is decreasing, believed to be in the thousands. Habitat loss, hunting, and competition with livestock are the primary threats to their survival.
